Updated 14 October 2026. These terms are between you and Intellingo Ltd (“Daytulo”, “we”).
If you downloaded Daytulo from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence also applies to that download. These terms cover the Daytulo service, including the account, sync and assistants.
Daytulo turns tasks into a plan around the time you have. Stored in your account and on your devices. Available to the assistants you connect. We don't sell your tasks, use them for ads or train models on them. Your calendar stays on your iPhone unless you choose to share busy times.
You need an account to sync and to connect an assistant. You are responsible for the sign-in you use and for the assistants you approve. You can delete the account in the app.
A Daytulo subscription, or the trial that comes with it, is required to use the planner, sync and assistants. Apple handles payment. Prices and any introductory offer are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting a Daytulo account does not cancel the subscription.
When the trial or subscription ends, sync and assistants stop. The copy on your devices stays and can be exported. The account copy is kept for 180 days and then deleted, after emails from contact@daytulo.com at 14 days and 3 days before deletion. Renewing keeps it.
Connecting an assistant lets that assistant use the scopes you grant, which can include adding, reading, changing and deleting tasks, and reading busy times. Deletion moves a task to Recently deleted for 30 days. You can revoke a connection in the app. Daytulo is not the assistant itself, and the assistant’s provider has its own terms.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account, or send content you do not have the right to store. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other people.
You keep your tasks. You give Daytulo permission to store and sync them, and to show them to the assistants you connect, so the service can run. We don’t sell your tasks, use them for ads or train models on them.
